A GRADE Property Restoration is a family-owned company specializing in residential and commercial rebuilds due to fire, water, and storm damage. We are one of the strongest players in the restoration field. Due to our rapid growth, an exciting opportunity with this booming business awaits the right candidate. You will be tasked with responding to, estimating, and managing approved estimates through the reconstruction process. Your responsibilities will include: • Establish and maintain client relationships as well as relationships with insurance adjusters and claim representatives • Write and upload clear and concise estimates using Xactimate software • Work with the customer to ensure they understand the process and handle all inquiries in the estimating process • Work with insurance adjusters to provide updates and changes as needed • Follow up with adjusters for estimate approval • Create supplements and change order estimates • Learn and use 3D virtual tour equipment and software You will need: • A positive, confident, and upbeat attitude. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction. Commercial construction experience is a PLUS. • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Xactimate Software. • Excellent computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. • Superb communication, listening and problem-solving skills. • TO BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED and require little supervision to get the job done. Company provided phone, laptop, and use of company vehicle (not taken home). 55K year plus commission After 90 days - 10 days flex PTO, 401K, paid holidays and Medical/Dental Insurance *Position is based in Succasunna, NJ and will require travel throughout NJ. This is a 50/50 field/office position.
