PIPE LAYERS   Perform skilled pipefitting work, including laying, fitting and sealing pipe for water, storm lines and wastewater lines.       • Cut, lay and fit pipe for water, storm lines and wastewater systems   • Install fire hydrants and all sizes of water meters, check and operate valves and related pipe fittings and appurtenances.   • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, officials, customer departments and the public.
