Full time Shipping / Rec. Coordinator in manufacturing plant, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm.
Two major parts of the job will be coordinating all outgoing shipments to customer plants, creating shipping paperwork in Plex and creating our own internal shipping documents for carriers. Second part of the position will be entering all incoming steel shipments into our computer system via Plex to maintain our inventory. Additional duties will include occasional inventory audits in the plant and in our shipping/storage yard, hourly quality inspections of each machine in the plant to verify our parts are running to spec, monthly scale verifications and assisting in recording data for new parts as needed.
Some lifting required to verify quality of parts on scales and in fixtures (30 lbs max)
Computer skills required for data entry.
The position pays a starting salary of $ 15.00 /hour and will increase within 60 days with performance.
