Looking for a Water Remediation Sales and Technician. The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for assisting the mitigation department in completing water mitigation jobs. This work can be very challenging both physically and mentally. Maintaining a good attitude, professional work ethic and a desire to help people in need are requirements for this position. Responsibilities: •Signing up and selling the job •Inspect property for water damage and develop a drying plan •Extract water from flooded structures •Remove damaged materials as needed •Setup of drying equipment •Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes •Ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: •1+ years of previous Technician experience in the restoration industry •IICRC Certifications are a plus, but not required •Able to work under little or no supervision •Able to lift 30 lbs. or more several times a day, squat, work on your knees etc. •Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work overtime •Must have the ability to handle emergency calls on a 24-hour basis (on-call shift) •Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to completing multiple tasks •Must be detail oriented and possess strong reading, writing and communication skills •Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record •Ability to work from time to time in mold remediation •Fluent in English, spoken and written •Must have sales experience Compensation & Benefits: •Starting pay will be based upon experience •Bonus potential
