Unique opportunity to work with a national company. We are remodeling 20-25 homes per month to rent-ready standards in the Raleigh / Durham and surrounding areas for the next 3 - 8 years. Looking for a full turn-key outfit that can handle multiple jobs. We float material. We pay fair. We pay every two weeks. This is not a retail opportunity. The value is in the volume. If you are fast, communicate well, reliable, and can provide quality work, we are looking for anyone of that caliber. Expected to run at a one day per thousand pace. Example: 10k job should take no longer than 10 days. Other Benefits: Average PO is 2K-35k.. You are allowed to use our national pricing on all materials for your own business. Pay every two weeks based on completion Empty homes. Constant cash flow and work flow. We Float the cost of materials to help with cash flow. Scope prepared, no lost time or resources bidding. The majority of the materials are delivered to the sight. Lowering drive time and shopping time. If you understand the benefit of constant volume with rapid turnover, you will thrive with us.
