You will provide guests with a FUN and FANTASTIC experience whilst they are playing. Being the face of the company, will provide excellent customer service at all times. General Accountabilities · Maintain a positive attitude on a daily basis while assisting guest to provide world class service. · Stock merchandise and occasionally unload trucks when needed. · Maintain accurate cash handling transactions. · In some instances, may be required to talk on a microphone. · Always maintain a safe and clean environment for team members and guest. · Adhere to grooming standards. · Being able to help out in guest complaints when they arise. · Complete daily paperwork as required · Be positive/outgoing & professional at all times when dealing with guest, staff and managers · Honest and dependable · Excellent communication skills · Keeps game area neat, clean and fully-stocked. · Ability to work with others as well as independently. · Ensures merchandise is attractively displayed. · Encouraged to be on midways when guest is not playing with a large prize from your game. (only exception is when we are in a lightning or rain code) Must demonstrate the game. Job Qualifications Education: High School diploma/GED is preferred but not required Competencies · Ability to take initiative and problem solve · Good verbal and written communication skills · Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner · Knowledge of applicable to game rules. · Attention to detail Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Physical Demands · Must be able to walk long distances. · Must be able to stand in one place for long periods of time. · Must be able to withstand hot temperatures · Must be able to withstand cold temperatures · Must be able to bend, lift or climb. · Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds). · Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds). · Must be able to stoop, squat · Must be able to climb on ladders of heights of 6ft and 12ft Hand coordination required.
