House damaged by fire. Independent adjuster didn't do estimate right and there's no one competent in the area. 2300sqf house, fire was in walls so studs need to be sealed, new electrical and plumbing, roof and siding etc. I have original estimate, so a trip wouldn't ne necessary. We won't rebuild since fire was set intentionally. Need to get this done ASAP as our RCV will not be available in the end of a calendar year since date of loss. Compensation will be mutually agreed upon.
