Please join us for a day of mindfulness, where we come together to deepen our connection to this practice. The retreat day begins with a period of mindful gentle movement (all can participate regardless of physical condition), followed by periods of sitting, walking and eating meditation.
Vipassana/Insight Meditation helps us gain deeper insight and clarity of mind which helps support self-discovery, healing and the ability to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.
During this event we will practice:
Guided and silent mindfulness meditation
Walking meditation
Opportunities to practice both indoors and outdoors
Mindful eating meditation (Light snacks to be provided)
Short Dharma/Mindfulness talk
Opportunity for questions and sharing to help integrate the day's experiences

**This is a base fee. There will be an opportunity to give Dana/Donation, which we’ll use to provide scholarships for future mindfulness retreats.
