Motel in Lake Worth is looking for a full time or part time experienced maintenance worker. Handyman will be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance. This includes repairs of units and buildings as well as keeping the property in good curb appeal. Must be a self starter and also willing to learn. Responsibilities * Painting * Light plumbing * Knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools * Ground upkeeping * Room renovations Experience * One or more year experience in maintenance or equivalent is preferred Compensation * $10-12 per hour depending on experience Hours * Flexible schedule of between 20-40 hours a week * Full time or part time position available for the right candidate Applicants can call 561-507-5255 for more information.
