TEWKSBURY, MA — Ten candidates have taken out papers to run for office in the annual town election, only four of them incumbents, the town clerk's office said Monday. Nominating papers are due by Feb. 19 to run in the April 10 election. Fifty valid resident signatures are required for each candidacy. The following candidates have taken out papers.
