SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott is honoring Black History Month with a virtual directory promoting Black-owned businesses that also celebrates the achievements of Black individuals on the North Shore past and present. The virtual community from Padlet shares inspirational poems, quotes, people, artists and allows residents to recognize their favorite Black-owned businesses. It allows for residents to help capture moments of Black history on the North Shore and invites them to share how they honoring Black history in the town this year.
