This week we are offering a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes for you to enjoy:
OPTION 1:(vegan)
- Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables (made with rice noodles, vegetables, mushroom bouillon, ginger, onions, garlic and seasoning)
- Vietnamese Yellow Curry (Taro) (made with carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, curry powder, coconut milk, onions, lemongrass, lemon leaves, and garlic)
- Cucumber Salad (made with cucumbers, red onion, ginger, garlic, green onion, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, chili powder)
OPTION 2:(vegetarian)
- Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables (made with rice noodles, vegetables, mushroom bouillon, ginger, onions, garlic and seasoning PLUS scrambled eggs, and vegetarian oyster sauce)
- Vietnamese Yellow Curry (Taro) (made with carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, curry powder, coconut milk, onions, lemongrass, lemon leaves, and garlic)
- Cucumber Salad (made with cucumbers, red onion, ginger, garlic, green onion, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, chili powder)
SOLD SEPARATELY:
- 6in Vietnamese Sandwiches (Banh Mi) (made with crusty sandwich bread, mayonnaise, soy sauce, tofu, lemongrass, carrot, daikon, and cilantro)
- 3 Eggrolls with Sauce
- 6 Eggrolls with Sauce
*Eggrolls are filled with carrots, jicama, taro, onion, garlic, mung beans, and rice noodles*
