Join us as we begin the Chinese New Year with a ceremony of release, reflection and clear intentions. We will be discussing the energy of the White Metal Ox and seeing what this means to us in our own personal lives. What can we look forward to? What should we be mindful of? What types of things are going to be easy to create this year? After our discussion, we will set the intention to receive the information that is going to guide us through this new year as we relax into a crystal bowl meditation.
