Eliot is seeking an energetic, positive, professional individual to recruit high quality clinical and paraprofessional candidates to work in behavioral health and social service settings.  This position provides a great opportunity to represent a mission driven non-profit organization that is committed to serving disabled and vulnerable populations in Massachusetts. In this role you will be part of the recruitment team, working directly with hiring and senior managers to recruit employees using social media as well as employment and recruiting platforms. Responsibilities: Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, and conduct phone, video conference and in person interviewsMaintaining accurate and diligent candidate and search materialsIntellectual Curiosity and Interest in RecruitingManage and Post jobs on internal and external job boardsEnsure positive candidate experience throughout all aspects of hiring processDevelop and implement creative and innovative recruitment and retention strategies Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experienceAttention to DetailException Interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage high volume of applicantsStrong knowledge of social media, employment and recruiting platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptable, flexible, and creative Eliot benefits include: 3 weeks Vacation, 12 Paid Holidays, 12 Sick Days. 75% contribution to Medical and Dental Plans, 100% Company-Paid Life & Accidental Death Insurance AND 100% Company Paid Short & Long Term Disability Insurance. $3000 Tuition Reimbursement Benefit Annually.
