Hello and Happy February 1, 2021. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Oh my, it's snowing! Please don't go out if you don't have to. It's not fit for man, nor beast. Ah, we made it to the month of love. We all know that February 14th is Valentine's Day and we usually honor our beloved and shower them with gifts. But what about self love? I think self love is the most important love there is. How can we love others if we don't love and honor ourselves first? That's what I'll talk about tonight on my first-Monday-of-the-month vlog, 60 and Beyond with Skylark. As many of you know, I created my vlog in 2017 when I was turning 60. I noticed changes in my aging process and decided that I wanted to talk about it. It was clear to me that if I was feeling these changes, than others probably were, too. My vlog is geared to inspire and motivate the 60 and beyond population to thrive in older age with more happiness, joy, purpose, and contentment. I discuss many topics based on these principles, and beyond. I post a new episode each month on my YouTube Channel, Skylark Live, so please subscribe and hit the bell to be notified when I upload a new video.
