HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 14,563 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 210 deaths. The state has 355,636 confirmed cases and 6,978 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 32,181 people have been hospitalized to date.
