HIRING TO CUSTOM A CAMPERVAN

I'm fascinated with the rise of Van/Camper life and decided to hire someone to assist me with a van build. There are no skills required as most Van builders had little or no experience, but were able to successfully convert a van to a camper. There are a plethora of YouTube videos and I'm willing to purchase DIY training CDs or books as a guide to designing, converting and self-building campervans. Also, I don't want to use much wood and I don't need custom cabinets etc. as I'm looking to primarily use Commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) products. I'm going for an Industrial/Retro look and feel. For example, I would like to use a rollaway bed and without the wood hang it from the ceiling something like in this video:
