Residents and fellows in all years of training and all medical specialties are encouraged to participate. WHAT TO EXPECT The Green Ghost Tacos Food Truck will be parked across the street from the University Of Mississippi Medical Center campus, in the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium parking lot. Stop by the food truck any time between 12pm and 2pm to enjoy lunch and collect information about leading hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups across the country.
