Join us for a yoga class specifically for those recovering from substance use and other addictive behaviors! Recovery Yoga at the ROCC (Recovery Organization of Cherokee County) happens every Monday and is led by Skanda Kali of Soul Medicine Inc. Bring comfortable clothes to stretch in, a water bottle, a towel, and a yoga mat. We have clean mats for rental (cost: $5), if needed! In addition, a $5-$10 donation for our instructor Skanda is highly suggested so that we may continue to offer Recovery Yoga to the community.
