By: KDKA-TV News Staff, CBS Pittsburgh February 1, 2021 HARRISBURG (KDKA) – Pennsylvania Secretary Of State Kathy Boockvar is leaving the Wolf administration after the Department of State failed to advertise a constitutional amendment as required before the 2020 general election. HB 963, in response to the child sexual abuse by Catholic clergy, was passed by the legislature in November 2019 and could have been considered this month for second consideration.
