Looking to volunteer in your community? ECHO (El Camino Homeless Organization) provides shelter for some of the homeless men, women, and children in SLO County 365 nights a year. Please consider helping ECHO this winter as we continue to provide expansive services to those in our county who need it the most! Laundry Angels launder towels and sheets at their homes for our weekly shower program and nightly emergency winter shelter. This volunteer service saves ECHO about $6000 a year. No training requirements, but volunteers must have a washer and dryer at home, and must be able to transport towels to and from our facility in a timely fashion.
