Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general home and property maintenance (Paint, Drywall, tile, etc), troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/ move out inspections. Key Qualifications Positive, "How can I help " attitude Ability to use Email, fill out a Work Order, etc High School Degree or Equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs A/C Certified Type I-II (Preferred not required) Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly Committed to providing exceptional customer experience Genuinely concerned about customer needs Solution-focused and Results-driven Exemplary communication skills Desire to learn Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment If this is you, you may have just met your match.
