TUCSON, AZ — Tucson police say they are investigating after a man was killed by an officer Monday morning. The Tucson Police Department has asked the public to avoid the area near S. 6th Avenue and 44th Street, where the fatal shooting took place at a Circle K convenience store. Police said the shooting took place just before 6:30 a.m. TRAFFIC ALERT For your morning commute, please avoid the area of S. 6th Ave. north of 44th St. Detectives are investigating an officer-involved shooting.
