Pay is $12.60 / hr, plus $50 per week for gasoline, and $100 per house or more we buy that you find to close on in escrow. We are a real estate company that buys ugly houses. We need a driver to drive nay of the days Monday - Sunday, for 10-15 hours a week. We are looking for somebody hard working and reliable, who would like this to turn into a long-term. Must have a reliable car. We will provide basic training on what kinds of houses to look out for, and an smart phone App to use to keep track of the houses you find. Must be able to drive all over Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Mesa and other cities in Maricopa county. We have a thirty minute Tuesday morning meeting as a company in Metro Center area in Lakeview Offices or via ZOOM video conference which you will be expected to attend weekly. Pay is $12.60 / hr, plus $50 per week for gasoline if you can hit the weekly quota, and $100 or more per house we buy that you find. You need to have a smartphone with data.
