Compensation & Benefits • This position is salaried, paid weekly. Salary is based on experience level. • You will be provided with: a company truck, uniforms, cleaning tools, a company iPad & an industrial strength pool vacuum • After a trial period of employment, employees are eligible to take their company truck home. • All employees are eligible for group health coverage after 60 days of employment. • Continued education and certification costs may be covered by Patriot when appropriate • Guaranteed annual cost of living raises • Paid time off after 6 months of employment with annual bumps capping at over 2 weeks per year. • Summer boat party, gaming nights, monthly bowling night, weekly breakfast, and more fun! Job Duties • Test water and add chemicals as needed • Empty skimmers and pump strainer • Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor • Brush steps, walls and tiles • Skim debris off surface • Check pool equipment • Backwash filters • Record work performed • Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications • Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • Able to pass a pre-employment background check • Valid TX Driver’s License and clean driving record • Dependability and trustworthiness • Attention to detail and customer service skills • Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems • Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques • Proper use of swimming pool chemicals • Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload • Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds • Stand for extended periods of time • Ability to work outdoors during all seasons We request that you provide professional and/or customer references for this position.
