The Statesman Journal newspaper is looking for newspaper delivery carriers in the DALLAS area! We also have routes in SALEM! Earn up to $400 per week, per route. Routes are delivered at night, in your own car, 7 days per week. Routes take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to deliver each night. This is a great source of income for anyone who likes taking long night drives while listening to music or podcasts! $300 bonus for new carriers after your first 6 weeks, paid as $100 per week over 3 weeks. You will be an independent contractor, not a Statesman Journal employee. Delivery is seven days per week, 365 days per year and includes all weather types. Silverton-area carriers pick up their papers every night in Mt Angel. Salem-area carriers pick up their papers every night in NE Salem. Stayton carriers pick up their papers in Stayton. We also have Distribution Centers in Woodburn and Dallas. You must be over 18, have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current insurance. You must be organized, detail oriented, and able to follow directions. Fast, efficient carriers will have the option of getting additional routes for more money. Most routes take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to deliver, depending on how fast you are (and after the first week or two almost everyone gets pretty fast). Many of our carriers have two or more routes and earn over $2000 per month, not including tips. Our best carriers earn $2000 to $4000 per year just in tips!
