Richdale Apartments Maintenance team may be the right fit for you! Richdale Apartments is now hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. A Bit About the Role -Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner -Perform preventative maintenance on equipment -Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately -Delivers various communications to residents as needed -Provide the best quality customer service to our residents -Must be able to work on-call Hours include:  Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with rotating on-call hours.
