Looking for skilled contractor to help remodel 40 plus multi-family hallways... Renovations include: 1) Removing and installing new ceramic tile flooring (staggered tile patterns, narrow grout, sealed) 2) Removal of select drywall areas and installation of new T1-11 wood siding walls with chair rail, trim work. 3) Installation of new cluster mailboxes (framing, installing, trimming out) 4) Drywall repair 5) Wood door repairs (sanding/filling/caulking) 6) Painting trim, doors, some drywall, and touch-up 7) Carpet removal and sub-floor prep: screwing down wood subflooring, self-leveler in concrete/gypcrete areas, and removal of bad gypcrete & installation of new subflooring as needed Contractor must have: A) Experience in all above areas B) Have a crew of at least 3-4 full time experienced people C) Carry liability insurance of at least $1MM D) Have own tools for crew E) Have references F) Crew must be able to pass background checks (no felonies) and pass drug screens We will provide all materials. You bring skills, tools, and labor! We will pay weekly - get the job done by Wednesday and paid on Friday!
