We are currently looking for a full-time or part time property maintenance/ construction technician for residential properties throughout Rhode Island. Job Responsibilities: -Routine maintenance repairs -Answer tenant service calls, required to be on 24 hour emergency call -Routinely property check list -Rehab of apartments and houses Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related skills • Ability to communicate well • Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record • Prior Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and dry wall • Ability to work with maintenance tools and equipment • Good References • Ability to text and email Schedule: • 40 hours/week Pay: • Competitive Hourly Rate (based on experience) *MUST have reliable transportation *MUST pass drug test and background check Can start immediately as an independent contractor.
