Description

We are looking to fill a position for pool/landscape/maintenance for homes around the Las Vegas area. This position is 25+ hours per week.Times and days vary. Applicant must have clean driving record. Vehicle and supplies provided. Position includes, but not limited to, following duties: -Cleaning pools and spas: vacuum, skim, balancing chemicals, cleaning filters as needed, making sure pool system running correctly. -Maintaining landscape and outdoor areas: trim bushes/plants/trees, cleaning leaves and debris, spraying weed-killer, power-washing concrete, trash removal, cleaning BBQs and outdoor furniture. -General maintenance: including but not limited to replacing light bulbs, batteries, air filters, small repairs to furniture. Background check is required, as well as driver history printout. Must be physically able to perform all tasks above. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must be able to work on weekends.
