We are a smaller pavement maintenance company, looking for a WORKING field supervisor/crew leader/foreman. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of pavement maintenance. You should be an expert in sealcoat, striping, crack seal, asphalt, signage, ect. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the pavement maintenance industry. Must be disciplined, have a great attitude, and enjoy working. You will need to be able to: (but not limed to) *Operate and Maintain all sealcoat, crack seal, striping, signage, asphalt equipment (Buggy, seal trailers, seal trucks, blowers, line lazers, compressors, crafco, cimline, ect.) *Must be able to read plans to layout and stripe jobs. *Manage jobs and crew to complete jobs on time and on budget. *Do timecards/safety meetings. *Take a job from start to finish. *Keep equipment and yard clean. *The above are just a small amount of what we are looking for. The right candidate will know exactly what is needed to be successful at this position. (due to previous experience) This position may require long hours during the busy season. Will require some night work, weekend work, ect. Will be required to travel out of town at times to complete jobs. You must be honest, trustworthy. This is a drug, alcohol, and smoke free work place. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to legally work in the United States. This will be a full time position. Since pavement maintenance is slow during winter months, maintenance on the equipment, yard, warehouse, etc will be done when there are no jobs scheduled. You will ware many hats. You may be required to go out and measure jobs to help the estimators, do scheduling, deliver bids, ect.
