Earthworks Land Care, LLC, is an up and coming, environmentally sensible Landscape Company that is currently seeking a full time landscape laborer. Earthworks Land Care, is a small business that values the environment and its' clients needs. We work primarily for residential clients in South Seattle. Job Description: Various landscape maintenance and installation jobs: pruning, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mowing, retaining walls, walkways and patios. The position requires a lot of physical labor, so a candidate in good physical condition is a must. A successful candidate must work well with others, be trustworthy, have a great attitude, be a problem solver, and enjoy working outdoors. Applicant must have a great work ethic and should expect to work four 10 hour days every week. Job Requirements: Previous landscape experience is preferred, but not required. Applicant must have reliable transportation (car / bike / bus). Applicant should be able to lift 20 to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Must have good rain gear and be ready to work in all kinds of weather. Willing and able to operate a variety of tools and equipment. Looking for someone who can work full time (40 hours a week). Hours may vary week to week, but typically range from 37 to 42 (Full Time). Applicants who work hard, are consistent, and do good work, will have the opportunity for pay raises after the 1st month of employment.
