Prospera Property Management is seeking a Part Time Porter If interested please send your resume to [email protected] KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - GENERAL PERFORMANCE: • Knowledge of standards, practices and cleaning processes of the janitorial trade. • Ability to apply proper chemical handling procedures. • Basic knowledge of fire safety. • Ability to read and understand operating instructions and manuals for tools, equipment and chemicals at assigned locations. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain accurate records. • Ability to move around the property in all types of weather conditions. • A significant amount of physical activity (walking, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching above shoulder height, grasping, gripping, turning or lifting) is required on a daily basis. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to operate power equipment including scrubbing machines, vacuum cleaners and other tools. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • This is an entry level position. • High School or GED diploma preferred or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.
