Oregon Custom Cabinets in Canby, Oregon is currently hiring full-time for floor in the shop, delivery, and assembly. Physical Requirements and Environment: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with varying weights of wood. Must be able to twist, bend, and squat. Need manual dexterity and visual acuity. Working in a manufacturing environment, will be exposed to noise and dust. Must follow company safety rules and wear safety attire and work clothes. Other Desirable Skills or Attributes Include: *Previous experience in cabinetry assembly/custom woodworking *Previous experience in the cabinetry field *Critical thinker "how can we make this happen mentality" *Positive Attitude *Attention to detail and pride in your work *Works well in a team environment *Good hand/eye coordination *Able to stand for long periods of time *Safety oriented *Excellent attendance and reliable transportation (ability to arrive to work on time, as scheduled on a daily basis) Benefits: We offer employer paid medical insurance and dental insurance after 90 days, retirement plan with company match at one year anniversary of hire date, paid holidays at 6 months on the job and paid time off to use for vacation/personal/sick time (40 hours per year). Compensation: $15 and up (DOE) Pay is dependent upon level of experience, attitude, interpersonal skills, work speed (ability to complete a job in a timely fashion that is correct), attention to detail, and teach-ability (ability to take correction and adjust accordingly). *Applicant must have valid Oregon driver license (Applicant must be insurable by our auto insurance company.) and must be able to pass drug test. Shop Hours: Mon - Thur 7-4:30pm Fri 7-11am with occasional overtime
