GBA is looking for self-driven individuals, that work well in a team oriented work environment. Interested individuals must possess the following; * Must be able to lift, haul and pull up to 80lbs * Ability to climb stairs and ladders * Knowledge of plumbing basics being able to plumb sinks, change garbage disposals, unclog drains and toilets, and some leak detection. * Basic electrical knowledge * Must have the necessary tools for the job * Complete work orders in a timely manner * Be able to turn an apartment in a timely manner * Some wall and drywall repair * Must be able to paint apartments in a timely manner * Must be able to work on pool and spas, and be able to balance chemicals that meet all state regulations for pool and spa maintenance * Must be able to multi task efficiently * Strong customer service skills are required * Weekend work is required * Must be able to adhere to all Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity guidelines Compensation: $18-$20 an hour + monthly bonus's Qualifications; * Must have at least one year maintenance mechanic experience * Must be able to pass a background check * Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent * Must have valid driver's license
