Please be on the lookout. I lost a diamond necklace during the day on Saturday Jan. 30th, I was in Montecito upper village and in Santa Barbara. It is a pendant with diamonds from my deceased father which has sentimental meaning to me. The chain must have broke and I am praying for its return.
