Looking for an experienced excavator/operator that is a self starter and familiar with equipment. Must be able to problem solve and work well with others. Must be able to handle instructions well but also does not need to be micro-managed. Top pay is available if experienced and can demonstrate that. Bonus structure and health insurance available if deemed to be the right fit.
