I have been doing in home daycare for 11 years now on my own. Prior to this I worked in a childcare facility for 9 years. I am open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. I provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. All meals meet the standards of the Child and Adult Food Program. I provide a routine for each child to get into. I make every activity a learning activity and work individually with each child on their current milestones. We enjoy going outside for fresh air, weather permitting. We have age appropriate toys for all ages and stages of children. I have 5 children of my own, a 17yr old in high school, a senior this year, a 14 year old in 9th grade and an 8 year old in 2nd grade. I also have a 6 year old in kindergarten and a 3 year old. I provide a curriculum for the children and make sure each child can participate in an age appropriate way for each child. My kids will also be doing 100% online learning as well. I do screening everyday for covid symptoms just as they would at a doctors office. I clean and sanitize constantly to ensure the healthiest environment possible. I do ask if you have covid symptoms or have been around someone who has tested positive that you notify me immediately so I can let anyone else know that may have been exposed and that you self quarantine for 14 days which would be no childcare cost to you.
