Janitorial company is seeking EXPERIENCED BILINGUAL FLOOR CARE SUPERVISOR in Downtown Phoenix. As the Supervisor, candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the floor care program, and will adhere to, implement and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly organized with experience managing janitorial crew. • Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of employees • Monitor nightly attendance, cover all nightly services • Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment. • Provide constant training: scope of work, safety, equipment maintenance • Reports employee personnel and customer issues to manager • Implements recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement • Maintain detailed records (attendance, training, inspections, maintenance) • Must know how to extract carpet and do hard surface floor work. Requirements • Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish) • Must have personal and reliable transportation • Must have management experience • Must be able to pass background check • Must have valid driver's license and insurance For more information please reply with name and number or send in resume.
