We are looking for a High-End Custom Cabinet/Builtins installer with experience in installing cabinetry and bookcases. We are a local, small business general contractor looking to expand with the right team member. We specialize in cosmetic home improvements. We build 100% custom cabinets of all types. Stain, Paint, Face Frame, MDF but finish on site after installation is completed. Cabinet boxes aren't the only thing we do. We specialize in TV walls, Media Walls, fireplace walls, island wraps, custom office designs, custom laundry rooms and full house remodels. As a small business we operate on a all hands on deck mentality. We want someone with a passion for construction, drive to always be learning and a team work mentality. Job Description: This is an independent contractor position, 1099 to start. Full time work available. Installer - the ideal candidate will be able to work with standard woodworking tools, be versed in custom woodworking plus strong installation experience. The installer must be capable of reacting to varying project field conditions and able to make decisions to solve problems and changes in the scope of work. May need to pick up cabinets with our trailer. Have the attitude that you will do whatever it takes to complete the job the right way, the first time. Requirements: • Experience in woodworking & installation experience with an exceptional eye for detail. • Can read English and interpret plans, specs and communicate well • Must be able to lift 100lbs • Be able to problem-solve in the field • Can analyze assignments for correct tools, supplies and equipment required for the task(s). • Communicates task status and problems • Must own tools and equipment necessary to perform the job safely and correctly. • Own reliable transportation that is capable of transporting 8ft long material if needed. • Quality work in a timely manner. • Always professional at job sites. • Cell phone and can send pictures. •No smokers Wage depending on experience- full time, part time or by the contract.
