Maintenance Technician Multi-unit restaurant company that operates in Palmer, Wasilla and Meadowlakes, is seeking a goal oriented, motivated self-starter who is energetic, driven, service-minded and possess the ability to work with our restaurant managers and administration in our Corporation. Must have ability to work independently, plan and organize projects while having the desire to work in a team environment to support company goals. Job Summary – Provide maintenance support for our Subway Restaurants. Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs to Restaurant related equipment and building as directed by the Maintenance Operations. Duties, including but not limited to: · Preventative maintenance and repairs on building equipment including HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, motors, compressors, heating system, and restaurant equipment · Mechanical equipment repair, oil, greasing, belt replacing, and cleaning equipment · Universal refrigeration certification a plus · Electrical and Plumbing knowledge a plus · Travel will be required throughout Palmer to Meadowlakes Requirements: · Must be at least 18 years old · Working knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration · Restaurant equipment repair (training will be available for Subway specific equipment) · Have general facilities maintenance knowledge and skills · Valid driver’s license – good driving record and auto insurance with a reliable vehicle · Pass background check and drug test · Ability to communicate effectively · Reliable · 1-2 year’s experience preferred Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Benefits included with full time employment: profit sharing, paid vacations, health insurance, free meals and more.
