Sal’s Nursery and Landscaping is a fast-growing successful Landscape Design Firm and Garden Center located in North Wales, Pa. We are seeking full time and part time, hard-working nursery laborers. Applicants must be reliable and self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities: • Mulching • Mowing / Weed Whacking • Racking • Hand weeding • Planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, trees, etc. • Watering - hand and hose • Fertilizing • Pruning • Digging / Cultivating • Spring Cleanup • Nursery Cleanup • Loading and unloading trucks • Heavy lifting • Empty container organization • Assist landscape crews on site when necessary • Assist with holiday decorations, wreaths, containers, lights etc. Other holiday duties as assigned. • Misc. tasks as assigned Skills: • Former Nursery experiences a plus but not required • Some plant knowledge a plus • Good verbal, written, and listening skills. • Contribute to nursery’s’ goals and objectives • Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as in a team Full Time & Part Time Positions Available – Flexible Hours We offer competitive starting wages plus regular performance reviews during which your work ethic and compensation are evaluated.
