Looking for indie songwriting partner

I'm 44 and moved back to the valley after being gone for about 20 years. Looking for one or two songwriting buddies to work on songs. I'm a multi instrument guy (bass, drums, keys, guitar), not a virtuoso by any means but I can tend to make them do what I want them to do. I have pretty much everything we would need (full kit, amps, Yada yada) besides recording gear. Influences are pretty all over the map (from a late nineties hipster perspective): Superchunk Pixies Dismemberment Plan Pj Harvey TV on the Radio Guided by Voices Failure Rocket from the Crypt The Hold Steady Joy Formidable Archers of Loaf. Age 30 to 50. Dont be on too many drugs. Don't be a flake. Dont be a dick. All the usual stuff. If you can sing that would be a plus. I suck.
