Seeking help/advice re: setting up a small company

This year.... i want to start ether a small retail ---or ---street vendor business. Never done that before Seeking advice from somebody who already knows ---the laws and rules ---for doing that. Re: different permits required --- how to file taxes ( profit/loss )-- tracking expenses --- what can you write-offs etc. Also want to now how people who operate ---online stores ---file there taxes. Do you just file taxes where you live even if there customers order something from an Online Store could be from --anywhere n the world Do you need a business permit for an Online Store. A short Question and Answer session would be helpful f anyone wants to volunteer.
