This critical team member shows up and cares about making Lion Village a desirable place for residents to live and employees to work and take pride. Responsible for the pristine upkeep of grounds, common areas, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. Maintain the property appearance to meet Griffis Blessing standards. Part-time position.
COVID-19 considerations:
Precautions are being taken to keep teams & residents safe. Leasing offices, models & amenities are currently closed or at reduced occupancy. Procedures are in place should there be a need to enter an apartment where someone has been ill.
