Seeking a handyman/laborers and/or contractor, licensed or unlicensed does not matter. Job is to do various home improvement and repair projects throughout the Richmond area. Jobs could be from whole bathroom/kitchen remodel, roofing,trim work, framing, electrical, plumbing and then to do just various service calls to properties with tenants in place. Having transportation is preferred and more opportunities will be available if you have transportation, but it is not necessary. Job could be full or part time.
