Apply today at $14- $14.50/ hr with no experience and a valid driver's license. Up to $18/ hr with industry-specific experience, license, certifications. This is not a seasonal job - it's a 40/ hr a week job year round with benefits like a 401K with matching, dental insurance, etc. We hire and train pressure washing technicians and gutter cleaning technicians and help build a stable career at a growing company. Essential job duties: MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE BY 7 AM SHARP MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. We have sufficient work to get our crews 40 hours most weeks throughout the year! Driver's license required for this posting Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 3 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record) Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift. Must be able to be proficient (after training) with company technology, especially work management system on smart phones or iPads (faster promotions for those with leadership and tech skills or the willingness to develop them) Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information. Must be able to adhere to our background check and driving record check policies (perfection not required!)
