Your Neighborhood Lawn Service is interviewing for entry level position for lawn and landscape maintenance. *We offer regular hours. *Weekly pay *Pay based on experience *Bonuses *Automatic yearly pay increase *Insured *Training available - Your success is our success *Family working environment * Working on being employee owned by 2023 Qualifications and Job description: Candidates must be experienced or willing to be trained in: Professional lawn care and landscape maintenance. Mulch installation. Operating powered equipment, such as mowers, blowers, sprayers, edgers, weed eaters, shrub trimmers, pruning tools and pole saws. The use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, brush trimmers. Trimming plants for Fall and Spring clean ups. Cleaning out plant beds. To perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. Must have Valid Florida Driver’s License Must be dependable, reliable, hardworking and be at work on time. Must have reliable transportation Be able to work in a fast pace team environment You will be responsible for the appearance of our clients’ properties, our equipment and completing jobs correctly in the allotted time. The work can be repetitive and somewhat demanding, requiring frequent bending, kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, stooping and kneeling. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pound bags. Work hours Monday through Friday, start 730 am, end times vary depending on organizational needs. May be required to work additional hours during peak maintenance season and occasionally Saturday if a rained out make up day is needed. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Future advancement opportunities available.
