We have IMMEDIATE openings for food production line workers in Orlando, FL. This position is working for a refrigerated warehouse. You must have a great attitude, be flexible and have reliable transportation. This position is working for a great organization and has opportunity for growth! Production line workers: $ 8.70/hr Must be able to work in the cold (32 degrees) Schedule 6:30am-Completion (Must be available for overtime) Key responsibilities include: - All aspects of production work including prepping, making designated food products such as sandwiches, burritos, salads, baked goods, and other edibles manufactured -Pick supplies for production - Following established production procedures, including associated paperwork - Preparing production areas for daily use before production begins for the day - End of day clean-up, which may include tasks such as dishwashing, mopping and reorganization of materials This is a 1st shift position with a 5-day work week; you will have 2 days off (Must be available to work weekends and overtime if needed) Other responsibilities may include: -Performs continuous inspection of wrapped product; discards substandard product and sorts reusable items during machine downtime -Forms boxes and load with specified number of wrapped packages, adds specified inserts, closes box and asides as required -Responsible for proper inspection to guarantee the packing of an acceptable quality finished product The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: -Previous warehouse, production or packing experience Bilingual a plus!
