Property Management Company with over 100+ landscaping contracts across DFW has an opening for Landscaper / Maintenance Lead. We will provide equipment, tools, and work vehicle. Hours are flexible. Description : Conduct maintenance on commercial land, commercial buildings, residential properties and perform other installation and enhancement activities by operating hand tools and mechanical machinery used for landscape maintenance. Maintain addresses free of litter and bulk trash and mitigate city code violations. Perform routine maintenance of assigned properties according to set standards and safety guidelines in the area of: Mowing, Weeding, Trimming, Pruning, Litter and Bulk Trash Disposal. Qualifications : ● Valid Driver's License ● Authorized to work legally in USA ● Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time ● Ability to work flexible schedule, to include AM/PM, weekends, holidays ● Self motivated and ability to work with limited supervision Experience : ● Landscaping : 3 years + ( Preferred ) This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: ● Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous ● People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and is capable of leading others ● Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction ● Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture ● Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
